Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative Team Lead, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients, real estate professionals, and other industry partners through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners by providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights and competitive advantage.
  • Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while continuously optimizing processes for efficiency.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track sales activities, analyze pipeline metrics, and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the inside sales department.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience in the title and escrow industry with 3+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of title and escrow services and the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM and other relevant sales tools/software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
